The investment aim of the company is to create a portfolio of retail projects in Bulgaria, suitable for investment by Western funds and bank institutions. Architects
Pod Architects is the main architect of the project and is in charge of the project design during the whole construction period so that the project delivery is according to the initial design concept of investor.
POD is founded by Paul Shedden and Stephen Harty, former partners of GMW and has a team of 15 architects and specialists. The Pod philosophy relates to establishing creative relationship with the client and thus finding the balance between the economic feasibility and architectural uniqueness of the project.
POD clients are British and European investors in several projects in different sectors and to name a few: prestigious shopping centre in Swindon, South terminal of Gatwick Airport, London, and two shopping centres in France and Austria.
