Burgas is one of the most important economic centers of Bulgaria. The positioning of the Strand in lifestyle segment meets the urgent need of Burgas for a modern entertainment and shopping center. Undoubtedly it will reinforce the reputation of Burgas as "the best city to live in Bulgaria," * and as an international tourist destination.
* Burgas was voted " the best city to live in Bulgaria" in 2010. The contest is held for the fourth consecutive year and is a joint initiative of Darik radio and newspaper "24 hours". In the study participated 27 cities, which were evaluated on 25 criteria.
